Psychiatric Resilience was founded by Zachary Harman. Zachary Harman has worked in the mental health field since 2010. To enhance his medical expertise, he took a four-year hiatus to work as a registered nurse in cardiac and critical care units. In 2021, he graduated from Gonzaga University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Since then, he has served as a provider at a residential treatment center for adolescents and young adults. Throughout his career, he has gained invaluable insights into the diverse nature of mental health, emphasizing the necessity of individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs.
